History of Pokemon
The Pokémon timeline is complex, featuring multiple, diverging universes (Classic, Mega Evolution, and Alternate) rather than one linear path. Generally, it begins with Pokémon Legends: Arceus (prehistory), followed by Red/Blue/Yellow and Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald simultaneously, then Gold/Silver/Crystal and Diamond/Pearl/Platinum together, followed by Black/White, then Black 2/White 2 and X/Y two years later.
